You can request a refund on any Unium purchase within 14 days. Web refunds are handled by Paddle, and iOS in-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple.

Web purchases are processed by Paddle. iOS in-app purchases are processed by Apple under Apple refund processes.
How to request a refund
For web purchases, contact us or Paddle using your receipt. For iOS purchases, use Apple Report a Problem.
What this means in practice
At checkout, Paddle handles web purchases and Apple handles iOS in-app purchases. Credits are then added to your Unium wallet. You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
