How does pricing work?
Your chosen top-up pack adds Unium credits to your wallet. Each message costs a different number of credits based on the model, provider pricing, and any tools used. Your profile shows detailed usage.
How do wallets work?
Wallets hold Unium credits and can be shared with any number of users. You choose which accessible wallet pays for each message, and anyone with access can top it up.
Do you train on my chats?
No. Conversations are not used to train models. Per-chat memory is opt-in and you can clear it any time.
What happens to my credits if I stop using Unium?
Credits stay valid for up to a year from your last top-up. Come back when it suits you.
Can I share a chat with someone who does not have an account?
They need to sign up to join the conversation. Signing up is free and takes under a minute.
Is there a free trial?
Signing up is free. You can try the app before committing to a top-up. Availability of free models may vary.
