One conversation with both of you in it

When one person asks an AI about a relationship, the answer only ever sees one account and one version of events. Screenshots sent back and forth make that worse, because now there is a referee deciding which parts get forwarded.

A shared Unium chat puts both of you in the same thread. Either partner can write in their own words, read exactly what the other one asked, and continue the conversation from their own phone. Nobody has to retell the discussion or act as the messenger between their partner and the AI.

The AI opens the conversation

This is the part that makes it work rather than just being a group chat with a bot in it. The AI starts things off, asks each of you for your side, and only then suggests something. It knows who said what, so it can weigh both accounts instead of siding with whoever typed most recently.

In practice that looks like:

  • Weekend plans where you want different things and neither of you wants to be the one who gave in.
  • Money conversations that go better with something neutral holding the numbers.
  • Chores, in-laws, the trip you keep postponing.
  • The argument you have had four times, written down once, properly.
  • A summary at the end of what you actually agreed.

It can organise and reflect what both of you say. It should not diagnose either partner, decide who is the good one, or stand in for professional support when that is what is needed.

Adding your partner takes one link

Send them the link by message, or show the QR code. They join in one tap, on iPhone or on the web, with their own account. No shared password, no second subscription: one Unium plan covers everyone on the account, from $10 a month.

Shared by default, private when it should be

Chats you start are visible to the people on your account. That is deliberate, because a relationship chat is useless if only one of you can see it.

Some things are still yours alone. Long press any chat and make it private, and nothing from it is shared back. Buying a present, working out how to say something before you say it, or just a work thing your partner has no reason to read.

Choose the model that fits the moment

Different models handle nuanced or emotional writing quite differently. On a paid plan you can switch between Claude, GPT, Gemini, and others without restarting the conversation, and the shared history stays with the chat. Free chats run on a model we choose for you.
