A Unium chat is not a private box with one door. More than one person can read and contribute to the same live thread. Each person joins through their own account, sees the full history, and can continue from wherever the other one stopped.
That is different from sending a read-only share link. The other person is in the actual conversation, so their follow-up reaches the model with the same context you had.
How it works
- Start a chat in Unium and say what the two of you are trying to sort out.
- Send the link, or show the QR code.
- They join in one tap, on iPhone or on the web.
- The AI asks each of you for your side.
- Keep going in the same thread. It knows who said what.
Chats you start are shared with the people on your account by default. Anything you want to keep to yourself, you long press and make private, and nothing from it is shared back.
What two people actually use it for
Couples plan and talk through decisions. Friends settle which of two options is the better idea. Flatmates work out a chore rota that neither of them wrote alone. Family members help each other research something without forwarding every answer. Two colleagues hand work back and forth without writing a new briefing every time.
The common thread is that the AI is doing something between you rather than for one of you. It hears both sides, chases the loose ends, and comes back with something you can both live with.
No second subscription
The other person does not buy anything. One Unium plan covers everyone on the account, from $10 a month, and getting started is free on a model we choose for you.
On a paid plan either participant can pick the model for the next message: Claude, GPT, Gemini, and others. The thread stays together while the model changes.
